Conditions of Guarantee

Please note this warranty is conditional on you maintaining your oral health with 6 monthly check-ups and cleans. Why? Because the health of your mouth has a direct impact on the health and longevity of your crown or bridge,and regular check-ups can uncover any warning signs of an issue before it becomes a bigger problem.
